Syntraiq Gateway • compatibility matrix

Manufacturer protocol compatibility

Syntraiq Gateway's data-capture layer is built on publicly available industrial documentation and standard interface specifications. This allows it to interpret serial and USB-based data output from a wide range of injection molding machine manufacturers, as well as robotic cell state signals.

11 tested or emulated manufacturer/protocol directions
USB + RS232 file-based exports, logs, serial outputs, and cell-state signals
On-site scope real-world compatibility is confirmed per machine and software version

Built around published industrial interfaces and documented machine logs

The compatibility layer is based on Euromap specifications, logging and interface descriptions published in manufacturer manuals, and controlled emulation tests.

The goal is not to modify the controller, but to safely collect, archive, and process existing exports, serial outputs, and cell state signals.

The compatibility above has been validated in a controlled, emulated test environment. Real-world compatibility may vary by machine and software version; exact scope is confirmed during the on-site assessment.

Final compatibility is always confirmed against the specific machine

  • controller and software version identification
  • USB, RS232, or cell-signal source check
  • sample data or log excerpt collection
  • parser and dashboard scope definition
  • pilot KPI and integration requirement alignment
