Contact Form and Website Data Processing

When you submit a contact form, the website processes the information you provide in order to respond to your enquiry and manage the business contact.

Data Processed

name, email address, company, phone number and message content;
submission time, language version and technical identifier;
IP address and server-side technical log data;
lead data may also be processed as a CSV export for administration.

Purpose and Legal Basis

responding to enquiries and preparing business discussions;
taking steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract;
legitimate interests: preventing abuse, security logging and tracking business enquiries.

Recipients and Processors

The data is stored on the website server and may be forwarded as an email notification to the operator's mailbox. Hosting, email and system administration providers may act as processors.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed for business contact management, up to 12 months from the last meaningful interaction, unless a legal claim, contractual process or legal obligation requires a longer retention period.

Cookie Notice

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The public Syntraiq pages do not use marketing cookies, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag.

The website uses self-hosted, cookie-free traffic analytics on the syneta.hu server. The measurement records page views, page title, language, referrer domain, UTM parameters, screen size, timezone, browser and operating system category, country derived from the IP address, plus a daily salted IP hash and user-agent hash. Raw IP addresses, names, email addresses and marketing identifiers are not stored.

The purpose is to understand website traffic and content performance. If analytics or marketing cookies are introduced later, they must be activated only after prior notice and, where required, consent.
